Another day, another challenge. I think I pushed myself too hard for a couple days. As a result, I really wasn't feeling it Wednesday. I did get my morning workouts in, but I couldn't bring myself to the gym at lunch. I didn't get home from the office until around 9PM, so my evening workout didn't materialize either.
