Hit a bit of a wall yesterday. At this point, I think the reality is that my body can only withstand so much. I couldn't will myself to get the gym at lunch yesterday; I was aching pretty much head-to-toe and my mood was most definitely sub-par.
I did get my morning workouts (100/100 and a treadmill run) under my belt, so that's something.
